We encourage you to apply if you are interested in a secure career with a company that will invest in you.\n\nJob Summary: Act as primary resource for implementation of new business software applications and facilitate enhancements of existing business systems working as a resource in project management; software, applications, and technology implementations; and information technology (IT) support.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPerform raw data extractions from historical system(s), convert data using JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL script, and map data to Eagle Fire business systems.\nExecute projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, close out) and engage appropriate resources.\nConduct company-wide training on new and existing systems and devices.\nSupport end users and be able to provide appropriate solutions to technical issues encountered.\nCoordinate multiple projects at a time, staying within scope, identifying controlling risks, and meeting schedule and deadlines.\nWork with Eagle Fire Management to identify reporting needs to create appropriate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nWork with Technical Operations Team to analyze health and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, identify and prioritize system defects, enhancements, customizations, and process changes.\nAct as a SME and be available to contribute to and review technical documentation of system and operational processes.\nPerform other related duties as required.\nQualifications:\n\nBachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as an implementation specialist, project manager, IT support, data analyst, or equivalent.\nExcellent English written and oral communication skills.\nRequires a self-starter with ability to interact well within teams at all levels of individuals, internally and externally with ability to handle change, resolve conflict and solve problems with minimal direction.\nExcellent organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive projects.\nMust possess excellent presentation skills, including ability to design presentations and present to audiences both live and remote.\nTechnology skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP software, and other related databases required.\nMust possess fluency in a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android).\nMust possess understanding of principles in project management, business administration, data analysis, user experience, and other related procedures.\nAble to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, good judgement, and practice good data management and risk management skills.\nRequires a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.\nWorking Conditions:\n\nWork will be performed indoors in an office or training room environment.\nOccasional travel to other company locations may be needed.\nStandard work hours are typical with additional time commitment as needed based on deadlines.\nOvernight travel as business needs require.\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to remain in a stationary position, such as sitting or standing for extended periods of time.\nAbility to move about the office or training location as required.\nAbility to express or exchange information and ideas by means of spoken word to communicate effectively with team members.\nMust be able to operate a telephone, computer and other office equipment.\nMust continuously adhere to the Eagle Fires Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.\nEagle Fire Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
