This person will collaborate with the Infra Automation team to design and develop scalable backend services and automation workflows to accelerate internal infrastructure delivery.\r\nResponsibilities Design and build backend systems for infrastructure orchestration\r\nWrite clean, maintainable code using Python, Java, or similar OO languages\r\nCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to build internal tools and services\r\nDevelop interfaces with various database systems (SQL/NoSQL)\r\nBuild automation that runs reliably on Linux-based systems\r\nRequirements Proficiency in Python or Java (experience with both is a plus)\r\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles\r\nStrong experience with Linux environments\r\nFamiliarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)\r\nExposure to Rust is a plus\r\nFamiliarity with messaging architectures, caching technologies, streaming and/or transaction processing systems\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with multi-tasking, context switching in a fast-paced environment\r\nFamiliarity with the financial services industry\r\nKnowledge of infrastructure systems and automation is desirable.
