Full Time Valet Trash District Manager - Optimized Waste Removal (Pickup Truck Required)

Responsibility:
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the total service collection for up to 20 or more apartment communities and providing direction and oversight for 15-30+ Valet Trash Technicians within an assigned district. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations to ensure client satisfaction through ongoing client engagement and oversight of a part-time workforce responsible for trash and recycling collection on assigned properties.
This position requires the ability and willingness to work a split shift which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening. You will work remotely, at the home office, and in-field/community properties.
Daily Operations
Provide on-call support to Service Valets and communities within split shift schedule
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding Service Valets
Responsible for ensuring daily/nightly completion of resident doorstep trash/recycle pick-up for assigned properties
Inspect properties regularly for resident and Service Valet compliance
Responsible for creating and managing schedule for part-time workforce
Resolve customer complaints within three hours of a report being made
Comply with, promote and train on all safety policies and procedures. Report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
Ensure daily delivery of company reports to designated property staff members
Keep timely/accurate customer, associate and operational records
Discusses associate’s development needs and subsequently facilitates appropriate support, coaching and/or training opportunities
Facilitate and lead new community launches, including container distributions
Drive to properties within assigned district/region
You are a good fit if you have the following experience, education, and skills:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer service, and prior people management experience (preferred in a part-time workforce)
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point
Knowledge of basic employment law, customer service fundamentals, and leadership/management principles

Work Schedule: Split Shift
Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 8/9:00 am - 12/1:00 pm
Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 7:00 pm - to approximately 11:00 pm
