The ability to work with a multi-functional team in partnership with VHA is desired.\nThis is a key team player who will also assist with engagement activities and program development focused on communicating and sharing information with VHA employees. To be successful in this role, the candidate will also need strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a large, complex organization.\nThis mid-level, full-time telework position. This is an immediate hire position.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead, plan, manage, execute and close out trainings in support of the client’s mission.\nMonitor performance to ensure project tasks are completed on time, on budget and within scope.\nCapture and distribute event findings, including outcomes, decisions, and action items to inform future sessions.\nTrack program level risks, issues, scope and timing changes.\nCoordinate with project manager for status report information on a weekly & monthly timeframe.\nSupport the establishment of metrics and measurements to track the performance of the change and transformation recommendations.\nDevelops tailored, collaborative technical assistance (TA) plans; performs training-related administrative tasks; conducts online training and TA; and makes virtual presentations as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n7+ years relevant experience working in a complex team-based environment in a consulting-type organization focused on enterprise transformation initiatives.\nHighly organized, systematic and proactive in delivering/preparing materials and meeting client expectations within a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field of study. Prosci Change Management Certification desired but not necessary.\nProven event planning & logistics experience to lead the organization and execution of virtual trainings.\nKnowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, and an understanding of the change process and the “people side” of change.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S.\nExperience working with multiple levels of stakeholders to help them identify and prioritize transformation and change management initiatives.\nKnowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, and an understanding of the change process and the “people side” of change.\nAdvanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft Teams and other online platforms conducive to online group learning and engagement.\nStrong knowledge of training and technical assistance delivery best practices including adult learning theory, assessment, analysis, instructional strategies and tactics.\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills.\nProven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.\nAbility to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.\nExperience using and managing documentation and materials in SharePoint.\nAbility to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.\nCapable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.\nAbility to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders.\nTakes initiative on project tasks that need to be updated or reviewed.\nHas a proactive attitude and works ahead to anticipate needs of client and project.\nAbility to multitask on items throughout the project and virtual trainings when feasible.\nPMP Certification.\nAbout Aptive:\nAptive is a modern federal consulting firm focused on human experience, digital services, and business transformation.
