The position does not provide legal advice but plays a key role in helping project teams understand and fulfill contractual requirements while minimizing contractual risk.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nReview and maintain working knowledge of owner contract requirements and obligations.\n\nTrack and monitor contractual notice requirements, deadlines, deliverables, and compliance milestones.\n\nDevelop and maintain contract compliance logs, trackers, and reporting tools.\n\nCoordinate required contractual correspondence between project teams and clients.\n\nSupport change management processes, including documentation, notice tracking, and record maintenance.\n\nAssist project leadership in identifying contractual obligations that may impact project execution.\n\nCoordinate with corporate legal counsel regarding contract interpretation, disputes, claims, and other legal matters.\n\nMonitor compliance with insurance, bonding, reporting, and other owner-required provisions.\n\nMaintain project contract files and supporting documentation.\n\nSupport project teams in developing and implementing best practices for contract administration and compliance.\n\nParticipate in project meetings to identify and address contractual risks and obligations.\n\nProvide periodic compliance reporting to project leadership and legal stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.\n\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant construction industry experience may be considered.\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years of experience in construction, contract administration, project controls, project engineering, procurement, commercial management, accounting, or a related discipline. Experience working on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or data center construction projects preferred.\n\nExperience reviewing and administering construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change management processes.\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
