The position is designed for a developing engineer who thrives in a highly visible, hands-on manufacturing environment while gaining exposure to corporate project execution and stakeholder communication. Approximately 60% of the role is spent on the manufacturing floor providing technical support and troubleshooting, with 40% focused on office-based project work, analysis, and documentation.
