You will support TSA's Vehicle Fleet, Commuter Benefits, and Property Policy, Compliance, and Disposal Programs by providing detailed reports, offering customer service support, and ensuring smooth program management. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing various aspects of these programs, preparing reports, and managing general operations.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nUnderstand and generate reports on the DHS SAVE Act.\r\nUnderstand and report on Home-To-Work Transportation.\r\nTrack and report on Motor Vehicle Activity Expectations.\r\nAnalyze and report on Motor Vehicle Utilization.\r\nManage Fleet Card Usage and Reconciliation reporting.\r\nMonitor and report on the Motor Vehicle Program.\r\nSupport the Property Policy Program with reporting and compliance.\r\nAssist in managing the Commuter Benefits Program.\r\nComplete final actions for disposed assets and initial events for new assets.\r\nUpdate asset information in relevant systems.\r\nDownload and analyze data concerning annual inventory progress weekly.\r\nDownload and analyze final events data weekly.\r\nUpdate the PMD Master Asset List on a monthly basis.\r\nPrepare documentation for the biennial Home-to-Work re-authorization process.\r\nTrack and coordinate the installation of EV Charging Stations (EVSE) nationwide.\r\nUpdate program Management Directives as needed.\r\nRecommend and prepare updates to fleet program iShare sites, ensuring information is current and relevant.\r\nPropose updates to Management Directives when necessary.\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\n\r\nBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\r\nProven experience in fleet analysis, preferably in information systems or IT-related roles.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data and metrics.\r\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.\r\nSolid knowledge of information systems, including cybersecurity, database management, and regulatory compliance.\r\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\r\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\r\nTSA clearance is a plus.\r\n\r\nStrativia understands that our staff is our number one asset.
