Full job description Overview We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Bartender/server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Upsell additional products when appropriate Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality required Proficient in cash handling and POS systems Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of retail math for handling payments Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food handling procedures is a plus Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol sales TABC and food handler certifications Wine knowledge
