HR Admin
Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. They assist with a variety of HR functions, including recruiting and hiring, employee benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS database
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with employee relations issues
Assist with the administration of employee training and development programs
Help to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, including collecting and entering employee time and attendance data
Manage the calendar, schedule and travel arrangements for senior leadership
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
Prepare and submit expense reports for senior leadership
Provide general administrative support as needed to senior leadership
Update and manage communication boards, texting platform and other company communications
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Required Experience and Education:
An associate degree or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in HR
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in ADP Workforce Now or other relate HR software
Knowledge in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
