Our client, a rapidly expanding hospitality and consumer brand, is seeking a sophisticated and highly operational HR executive to lead the company’s People function during an exciting period of national growth. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing the continued evolution of the organization’s people operations, culture, talent infrastructure, and employee experience across multiple markets.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in high-growth, multi-unit environments and understands how to build scalable systems while maintaining a thoughtful, people-first approach. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives in entrepreneurial settings, operates with urgency and accountability, and is excited to help shape the future of a dynamic and fast-moving brand.Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee all Human Resources and People Operations functions across corporate and field teams• Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational design, growth strategy, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives• Build and refine scalable HR infrastructure, policies, processes, and performance management systems• Oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation, leadership development, and people strategy across multiple states• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to internal HR and recruiting teams• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and culture-driven environment throughout the organization• Ensure operational excellence, strong communication, and consistent follow-through across all areas of the People function• Support continued expansion efforts and evolving workforce needs as the company scales nationallyQualifications:• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience• Experience overseeing HR within a high-growth hospitality, restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing company• Proven success supporting organizations through rapid growth and operational scale• Experience leading HR within complex, multi-state environments• Strong operational leadership and ability to execute in fast-paced organizations• Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR best practices• Experience leading and mentoring distributed HR and recruiting teams preferred• Comfortable operating within founder-led and entrepreneurial environments• Strategic mindset paired with a highly hands-on and execution-oriented approach• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a brand experiencing significant national growth with strong leadership backing, equity participation, and the opportunity to help shape and elevate the People function at a pivotal stage.
