Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Bellevue, TN area.Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities:Strong experience in the following tasks:Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicableCarpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up paintingAppliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairsTechnicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed jobReport missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homesYou must have personal hand tools and drills - bring to site daily; do not leave at propertyMust have reliable transportation and have a team mentalityAbility to handle physical workloadAll candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.Equal Opportunity Employer#ZrNASH
