The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, including patient information, claims, billing, eligibility, and provider records. The candidate will collaborate with healthcare business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to develop reliable database solutions and support healthcare reporting requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.\n\nWork with healthcare datasets, including patient demographics, medical claims, eligibility, provider, and billing information.\n\nDevelop SQL solutions to support healthcare analytics, operational reporting, and regulatory reporting.\n\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across healthcare systems.\n\nAnalyze and optimize query performance for large healthcare databases.\n\nSupport ETL processes and data integration between electronic health record (EHR), claims, and billing systems.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and healthcare stakeholders to understand business requirements.\n\nTroubleshoot database issues and support production environments.\n\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational data privacy policies.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, data mappings, and database development standards.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\n\n8–10 years of experience in SQL development and database programming.\n\nStrong knowledge of complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions.\n\nHands-on experience with stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.\n\nStrong understanding of indexes, execution plans, and query performance tuning.\n\nExperience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.\n\nKnowledge of database design, data modeling, and data validation.\n\nExperience with ETL processes and healthcare data integration.\n\nUnderstanding of HIPAA and the protection of sensitive healthcare information.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
