Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruiting efforts and ensure consistent, high-quality staffing for our clients home care clients. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment of caregivers and support staff while building a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has experience in home care or healthcare recruiting and a passion for supporting seniors and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and office staff, from job posting through hiringDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to maintain adequate caregiver staffing levelsSource candidates using job boards, referrals, community outreach, and local partnershipsScreen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisionsEnsure compliance with state regulations, background checks, and onboarding requirementsTrack recruiting metrics such as caregiver pipeline, time-to-hire, and retention trendsCollaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and support business growthRepresent Senior Helpers professionally in the community and at recruiting eventsQualificationsAn associates degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.PHR or RACR certifications (or equivalent certification) preferred.One to three years of related experience, preferably high-volume recruiting; healthcare a plusExperience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS and job board utilizationSuccess managing client relationships with a commitment to quality and results.Experience supporting customer needs with a high level of service.Success in a fast-paced recruiting environment is preferred.Ability to pass a criminal background screen
