The expected outcome is coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and the successful completion of required activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items.Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting.Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities.Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts.Engage with internal technology and support organizations, including Application Managers, Development Teams, Support Teams, Infrastructure Partners, Architecture Teams, Project Managers, and Risk & Compliance Teams.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:Experience with technology operations or project coordination.Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting.Soft Skills:Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.A self-starter and quick learner who can manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.Experience with application management.Background in Quality Assurance.Experience with risk, compliance, or governance activities.Growth OpportunitiesGain broad exposure across technology organizations.Opportunity to learn application and infrastructure management.High visibility and interaction with multiple technology teams.Provides a strong growth path into technology operations, program management, or application management roles.Exposure to enterprise initiatives and governance processes.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
