Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (Providence Medford Medical Center)

Position Overview Providence Medical Group's premier OB/GYN Health Center is seeking a full‑time board‑certified/board‑eligible Obstetrician Gynecologist to join its comprehensive women's health clinic at the Providence Medford Medical Center in Southern Oregon. Responsibilities Provide prenatal care, childbirth services, and gynecologic surgeries, including robotic‑assisted procedures using two Da Vinci XI robots. Collaborate with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners in an empathic, patient‑centered care model. Participate in multidisciplinary care with Maternal Fetal Medicine consultation and access to in‑house Gyne‑oncology and urogynecology specialists. Schedule & Call Full‑time position with a 1:5 call rotation and post‑call day off. Typical schedule: three clinic and/or surgical days, one call day, one post‑call day with weekend rotation. Qualifications Full‑scope OB/GYN practice experience; new graduates welcome to apply. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $400,000 per year. Guaranteed salary plus quality incentive, call pay, productivity/quality incentives, and other applicable shift incentives.
