The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications on the ServiceNow platform.\nRequirements:\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.\nConfigure and customize core modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and GRC/IRM.\nBuild and maintain data models, transform maps, and discovery patterns to ensure accurate and reliable CMDB and service mapping.\nDevelop automation strategies using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scheduled jobs, and orchestration capabilities.\nEvaluate business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions aligned with industry and platform best practices.\nEnsure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to governance standards.\nConduct code reviews and enforce development standards across the ServiceNow ecosystem.\nExposure to design and implement APIs/integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub spokes.\nTroubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure secure data exchange.\nEnhance CMDB data quality using discovery, service mapping, and reconciliation rules.\nConfigure ITOM Visibility components including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management (optional if applicable).\nWork with stakeholders to maintain CMDB governance, lifecycle management, and audit readiness.\nImplement and customize GRC/IRM modules such as policy & compliance, risk management, and audit management.\nConfigure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycles, normalization, reconciliation, and asset workflows.\nWork closely with product owners, process owners, architects, and business teams to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions.\nProvide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers and administrators.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.\nKey Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of total experience including 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.\nExperience with at least 2 major modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, IRM, and CAM.\nDemonstrated experience in building complex workflows, integrations, and custom applications.\nStrong understanding of CMDB architecture, discovery probes, patterns, and data governance.\nMust be Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nMust be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain public trust clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Application Developer (CAD)\nServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Certifications in ITSM, or Risk and Compliance (RC)\nWork Conditions\nLocation: Hybrid – At least 4 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.\nJob Type: Full-time\nAbout Centennial Technologies Inc.:\nCentennial Technologies Inc. is committed to a healthy work-life balance and provides a collaborative and supportive professional environment.
