Possess the ability to be accurate and systematic in approach, in a fast-paced environment.\n\n*DESCRIPTION:*\n\nAbility to set up and program a variety of CMM machines, ranging from manual to automated. (CMM PC-DIMS or CALYPSO software, Hexagon / ZIESS)\n\nAdvanced level of mechanical checks on the rock.\n\nHigh knowledge of inspection equipment (Caliper, Micrometer, Height gage).\n\nProgramming skills are a MUST HAVE. (CMM PC-DIMS or CALYPSO software, Hexagon / ZIESS)\n\nWorks closely with shift managers to maximize workflow.\n\nEnsure Final Inspection, Outsourced and In-process parts are manufactured to Customer PO and print.\n\nCompletes Shipping Inspection (Review all paperwork being sent to customer is completed, ensures customers Q-Clauses and PO requirements are being followed, ect.)\n\nFollows inspection procedure for each inspection.\n\nFollows all procedures such as signing off each step on the router.\n\nKeeping up with calibration log and calibrating employees’ and CIM inspection equipment.\n\nGenerating RMA, NCR and CAR with an ERP system (Fulcrum). Knowledge of software not required, will train.\n\n*DESCRIPTION DETAIL:*\n\nQuality Control Analysis -- Conducting In-Process Inspection parts & processes to evaluate parts quality during machining.\n\nCritical Thinking -- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\n\nTime Management -- Managing one's own time to maximize workflow of parts.\n\nSelective Attention -- The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.\n\nContribute to a team environment.\n\nThink outside the box; assist in taking the company to the next level.\n\nWork within all policies and procedures of the company.
