Senior Health Tax Policy Advisor

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Health Tax Policy and Implementation. Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction and quality assurance for health tax work, focusing on implementation and oversight in Zambia Lead economic modeling and analytical work to inform health tax policies and communicate findings to various stakeholders Support fundraising efforts, represent the organization externally, and oversee new country engagements related to health taxes Required Qualifications At least 10+ years of professional experience in tax policy, public finance, or health policy Substantial experience in tax design, implementation, and administration Proven experience working on health taxes such as tobacco, alcohol, or unhealthy foods Experience in low- and middle-income countries, including engagement with government counterparts Advanced degree in law, public policy, economics, public finance, or a related field strongly preferred
