Focuses on technical solutions for mid-size and enterprise accounts and works closely with clients to determine how Logicalis solutions can best serve their needs.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nDesigns and develops integrated physical security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and connected devices.\n\nProduces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalis technologies, services, and methodologies.\n\nConducts assessments, studies, and/or surveys to obtain data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions.\n\nQualifies, from technical perspective, new business opportunities or requirements within existing and prospective clients to ensure alignment with target markets, portfolio, and delivery and lifecycle services capabilities.\n\nDesigns and configures complex solution components.\n\nProposes elements, configurations, and implementation details of solution.\n\nPrepares for and conducts client proof of concepts.\n\nPrepares and performs product demonstrations.\n\nBroadens engagements with clients by promoting, defining, and positioning Logicalis services from entire portfolio as appropriate to client requirements.\n\nAdvises service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.\n\nHelps clients understand solution benefits.\n\nInterfaces with vendor and manufacturer teams.\n\nProvides product and/or solution training for Logicalis Sales teams and clients.\n\nMentors Logicalis team members.\n\nParticipates in increasingly complex client projects.\n\nKeeps abreast of latest solutions and services Logicalis offers.\n\nEstablishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.\n\nBuilds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.\n\nParticipates in regional and national events and regional team meetings.\n\nDemonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.\n\nMaintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.\n\nSupports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\n\nQualifications\n\nTo be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform in a satisfactory manner the functions listed below. Familiarity with low-voltage cabling standards and integrated building technologies.\n\nExperience supporting multi-site enterprise deployments and large-scale integration projects.\n\nExperience designing and delivering integrated technology solutions.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nExperience working with IT, facilities, and security stakeholders.\n\nCertifications\n\nVerkada Certified Engineer (VCE)\n\nVCE – Access Control Specialist\n\nVCE – Video Security Specialist\n\nVCE – Alarms Specialist\n\nOther Skills or Abilities\n\nExcellent written and verbal skills; confidently and professionally interacts with external clients and internal teams.\n\nExcellent time and prioritization management; multitasks to accommodate requests from multiple customers and Logicalis Account Executives.\n\nExcellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage complex projects.\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts in clear, easy-to-follow manner.\n\nAbility to translate client requirements into appropriate technology solutions that meet customer business needs.\n\nAbility to act quickly to changing environments.\n\nAbility to travel nationally to meet with clients.\n\nParticipates proactively in own career development.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
