As a Machine Operator Trainee with Quikrete Hardscapes and Masonry, you will be learning machine operation, quality control, and equipment maintenance.\nWhy apply?\nCompetitive wages.\nCompany provided benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.\nAbout the Role\nResponsibilities:\nOperate sophisticated and computerized heavy manufacturing equipment\nEnsure equipment and tools are used according to manufacturer’s specifications\nTake a variety of measurements throughout the shift to monitor the process and ensure quality\nPerform machine set-up and maintenance as needed according to specifications as well as clean the machines as needed throughout the shift\nOperate a forklift as needed\nReport to Plant Supervisor\n\nAbout You\nWe Require:\nMust have at least 1-year of manufacturing experience\nShow strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills\nHave knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power transmission, pneumatic, and control systems\nMust show past ability to work independently and with a team\nMust be able to operate and work around industrial machinery\nMust be able to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and all other PPE as required\nMust be able to work with others with limited supervision\nMust be able to take direction in a manufacturing environment with ever changing demands\n\nAbout Us\nEach day brings new challenges, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
