This is a highly dynamic role that goes beyond traditional customer service. You will receive ongoing, in-depth training to become a high-impact resource for commercial and industrial customers, enabling you to deliver exceptional support and tailored solutions to clients. This dedication to continued learning contributes to the client’s experience as well as the company’s overall goals and culture.Primary responsibilities include:Manage industrial/commercial client portfolios and identify needs to deliver tailored solutions.Oversee account activities, including opening/closing accounts such as CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, and Checking.Facilitate transitions between management companies and assist with account/payment research and lockbox inquiries.Process transactions from daily reports, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.Provide top-tier customer service, maintain compliance with regulations, and collaborate with internal teams for error-free validation.Qualifications and Candidate BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have:High school diploma required.1+ years of client-facing experience.Spanish fluency is highly preferred.LocationThis position is in Coppell, TX and is fully in-office Monday-Friday.Your information will not be shared with any outside parties without your prior consen
