The PM ensures contractual compliance, mission success, and customer satisfaction by providing strong leadership, sound decision-making, and effective communication.\nThe PM must be available Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays or government facility closures.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership and Program Oversight\nProvide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful execution of all contract requirements.\nFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain open communication with leadership and clients to proactively address challenges and develop effective solutions.\nDevelop and maintain succession planning for key personnel.\nOperational Management\nEnsure adherence to site safety protocols and enforce compliance with established procedures.\nOversee daily logistics operations, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and workflow efficiency.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action when performance is outside target thresholds.\nManage subcontractors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations.\nPersonnel Management\nLead, mentor, and evaluate program personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.\nCoordinate hiring, onboarding, and training activities.\nConduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions as necessary.\nPromote career development and employee retention initiatives.\nClient and Stakeholder Relations\nServe as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (KO) and customer representatives.\nConduct formal presentations and status briefings as required.\nCollaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities for service expansion and scope growth.\nFinancial and Contract Management\nDevelop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.\nSupport contract negotiations and modifications.\nIdentify and implement cost savings initiatives across all project areas.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nProven leadership and management experience in logistics, maintenance, or engineering environments.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in program, logistics, or maintenance management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security access badge at the client’s site.\nMust possess and retain a Secret Clearance.\nPhysical and Special Requirements\nFrequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the worksite.\nAbility to work at an accelerated pace under emergencies or operational demands.\nMust wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hard hats.\nJob Type: Full-time, Exempt\nWork Location: Williamsburg, Va\nBenefits:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401(k)\nLife Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nEmployee Referral Program\nEmployee Award Program\nSolution One Industries is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
