We take pride in our safety and unparalleled expertise in the field.\r\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\r\nDirectly responsible for planning/preparing all contract administration, executing, and directing project activities, and developing or maintaining client relationships.\r\nResponsible for lay out of project work and ensuring that materials, tools, equipment, and information are scheduled timely to meet scope and construction schedules.\r\nRead and interpret drawings and specifications to perform take offs, estimations, and proposals.\r\nBuild and maintain construction project schedules, meeting and exceeding timelines and budgetary goals.\r\nUtilize Procore software for seamless field and office interaction.\r\nEnter and track proposal activity in company enterprise relationship software.\r\nCoordinate other trades that are involved in projects.\r\nAssist customer and field personnel with initiating, tracking and documenting change orders.\r\nResponsible for reviewing project documents; plans and specifications; resolving construction difficulties; coordinating field project kickoffs/closings; and developing and maintaining client relationships, all within project cost, time, and quality standards.\r\nManage, maintain, and approve all weekly forms and documentation to include but not limited to reports, material requests, billing worksheets, change orders, budgets, and customer updates.\r\nMonitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.\r\nConduct job walks.\r\nAct as a resource to the Specialty Electrical Estimator as needed.\r\nThe above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list, other duties logically associated with the position may be assigned.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities\r\nExtensive knowledge quoting the installation, configuration and wiring of all types of substation equipment.\r\nDemonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with team members, customers, and vendors.\r\nAbility to work independently.\r\nMust have excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.\r\nCommunicates effectively, in writing and verbally, with customers, peers, management and owners.\r\nAbility to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet goals and deadlines.\r\nMust have superb follow up ability.\r\nMust be advanced in utilizing computer for daily recordkeeping, including Microsoft Office Suite.\r\nMust have the ability to learn Infor Service Management and Procore software.\r\nWork Environment\r\nMust be willing to relocate within 60 miles of Indianapolis, IN.\r\nCorporate business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, but depending on the scope of works hours outside of business hours may be required.\r\nWork in close, but safe, proximity to live electrical substations.\r\nBlend of office work and customer visits is expected.\r\nAble to work flexible hours.\r\nEducation And Work Experience\r\nRequires a High School Diploma or GED.\r\nBachelors or Associate's Degree in Construction Management or Business Management is preferred, but not required.\r\nMilitary experience is preferred.\r\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in electrical construction, account management, or estimating.\r\nExperience writing and managing budgets including monthly profit and loss statements.\r\nCustomer interaction skills experience a plus.\r\nOther Requirements\r\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, education verification, motor vehicle report, physical abilities test, an approved hair and urine drug screen, as well as periodic, unannounced random testing.\r\nMust have a valid driver's license.\r\nBenefits\r\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and other voluntary insurance programs are available.\r\nCovers 100% of team member premiums for short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.\r\n401(k) plan.\r\nGenerous paid time off policy, with annual carryover option.\r\nOpportunity for additional paid time off through our \"Work Life Balance\" program.\r\nSix paid holidays per year, plus one floating holiday.\r\nYears of service bonus.\r\nNETA testing incentives.\r\nField incentive pay for procuring additional work.\r\nReferral Bonuses.\r\nTravel per diem reimbursement.\r\nEducation assistance program.\r\nPotential relocation signing bonus.\r\nCompany cell phone or cell phone stipend, computer, and credit card.\r\nAnnual uniform and safety boot allowance.\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\r\nPremier Power Maintenance is an EEO/AA employer who values and embraces workplace diversity.
