We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving our growth and promoting our services to potential clients.Primary Role: The Business Development Specialist will use their skills and talent to get potential clients interested in Allegro Home Delivery and its related services. You will be provided with targeted prospect lists to call, email, text, and use social media to generate interest in our services and schedule appointments to initiate the sales cycle.Responsibilities:Use targeted prospect lists and create your own prospect lists to identify and qualify new sales leads using helpful tools such as ZoomInfoExecute outbound prospecting and lead management through various channels such as calling, emailing, text messaging and social mediaLog leads and follow-up activities as well as update/maintain account info in Salesforce.comEducate the market about our servicesPresent our company's value proposition & services to potential clients, and handle objections to convert leads into qualified opportunitiesQualify leads and set meetings for decision makers to meet with you, along with other senior members of our sales teamFacilitate initial conversation with prospective customers, network and build relationships effectively in a professional settingProvide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and messaging based on client interactions and market insightsAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads generated and meetings set Qualifications: A strong understanding and well-defined reason for being interested in a Sales careerSolid communication skills with an emphasis on listening, persuasion, and persistenceTrack record of prior success and strong work ethicGo-getter, ambitious, self-motivated, competitive, and self-disciplinedAbility to work within a fast-paced team environment under minimal supervisionHigh-energy, problem-solving team playerGoal-oriented and results-driven, with a desire to achieve and exceed targetsEager to learn and interested in leveraging technology to improve performanceAbility to be coachable in our sales model and learning our solutions and conveying the strengths and benefits to our prospectsBachelor's Degree preferred Preferred Skills: Excellent relationship building skillsStrong social skillsGreat verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Environmental/Working Conditions:This role will work out of our corporate office in Eagan, MN.
