risk mitigation.\r\nManage the design and permitting programs throughout the lifespan of the overall project.\r\nDevelop overall project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\r\nDevelop an overall project plan to track progress, including outlining the tasks involved in the project and delegate to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.\r\nDevelop and manage overall project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way.\r\nConduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.\r\nPrepare, implement, and manage a budget based on estimates.\r\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\r\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.\r\nMaintain client communication and contact in alignment with company requirements and expectations.\r\nAct as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.\r\nMonitor client billings, obtain payment from clients, and resolve client disputes.\r\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.\r\nAssist in the coordination and creation of proposals and grants in regard to opportunities with the community.\r\nConduct real-time and post-project evaluations, report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels, and escalate issues as necessary.\r\nParticipate in the QA/QC process.\r\nMeet or exceed W&A billable hour expectations for this position.\r\nEOS participation.\r\nContinue to develop professionally by maintaining technical proficiency and participating in continuing education opportunities.\r\nCommunicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts about project details.\r\nAct as a client/owner representative.\r\nLead Due Diligence process.\r\nProvide design input based on client's preferences, regulatory requirements, and best practices.\r\nCoordinate design and permitting approval from jurisdictions for horizontal layout, grading, site disturbance, stormwater management, landscape, and utilities.\r\nReview plans and identify issues, involving a Technical Specialist as needed.\r\nInterpret zoning research.\r\nIdentify and engage local site investigation consultants, civil contacts, and land use Attorneys.\r\nCross-coordinate site design with Architectural team.\r\nAddress questions, concerns, and/or challenges throughout the project.\r\nContact a client regarding payment for services.\r\nSet up and maintain a project in project management/billing software.\r\nReview and approve project time and invoicing.\r\nAligns with company values: Committed, Accountable,
