Job Description: The advisor will handle answering incoming calls, scheduling service technicians as well as answer questions about the products and services we offer. Candidate will be expected to learn a basic knowledge of our products. Office staff also maintain daily activities such as typing work orders, collecting service work orders from technicians, typing quotes, Routing technicians, maintaining a neat workspace, as well as performing general office duties. To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty to fullest daily. He or she should be able to multi-task, have prior customer service experience, as well as being courteous and professional. Training will be administered to the ideal candidate. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Candidate must also have a valid Driver’s License. Magic Garage Door is a Drug-Free Workplace, so the candidate must be able to pass a drug-screen and background check. Prior office experience preferred. Magic Garage Door is willing to train the ideal candidate. Ideal candidate, in additional to conducting him-self /her-self professionally, will also possess some of the following skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Self-motivated Familiar with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel Ability to work Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday and/or overtime Primary Responsibilities: Dispatching Ordering parts Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
