In this role you will get to conduct acceptance and operational evaluation assessments as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team.\nWork Location\nSummit Point, WV\n\nTravel: ~10% to support test development.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nThe Counter-UAS Test Analysts will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:\n\n· Support test engineers in test planning and data collection activities\n\n· Support the planning of test activities by developing a historical record of test activities to\n\n· include but not limited to target ground truth, target operational capabilities, meteorological data, and mission information.\n\n· Responsible for target placement, target configuration, and target operator instructions and guidance.\n\n· Summarizes and merges ground truth collected information into summary reports.\n\n· Assist with general test support to include test set-up and tear-down.\n\n· Develop and use mathematical functions to process raw test data.\n\n· Generate insights from distilled test results for client and senior leader consumption.\n\n· Assist in drafting plans and test reports.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n\n· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience is required OR more than 4 years of experience conducting data analytics on a daily basis.\n\n· Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Linux\n\n· Experience with statistics and data analysis\n\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\n· Statistical modeling\n\n· Data mining\n\n· Database management\n\n· Report generation\n\n· Programming\n\nCitizenship/Passport/Security Clearance: The candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance.\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\n· Remote Pilot Certification (Part 107)\n\n· Physical requirements can include walking, climbing, crawling through small spaces, and standing or sitting for long periods of time.\n\nBenefits\nImperative Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
