This position is also responsible for the promotion, education, and general marketing of any company services. The Hospice Sales Manager maximizes Resource Coordinator’s effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.. This position works closely with Company personnel to ensure that patient care is handled efficiently and effectively. The Hospice Sales Manager may manage accounts, as needed, and will be required to provide coverage to vacant territories - obtaining orders for services; other responsibilities include serving as a liaison between Company and referral sources as well as coordinating care for referred patients. Responsible for establishing referral relationships with customers in designated markets and identifying partnership opportunities. May assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training to Resource Coordinators, as needed.\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:\nEDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.\nLICENSURE: Current and valid driver’s license.\nEXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years in sales, marketing or related field required; health care and supervisory experience preferred.\nSKILLS: Requires demonstrated interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively. Requires practical and theoretical knowledge of physician services, hospice, and palliative care, as well as referral source business needs.\nTRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage.\nHEALTH STATUS: Meets all applicable Agency policies and procedures related to health screenings and required testing.\nLocation\nHome Office: Clarkston, Michigan\nMain Service Area: Saginaw, Fenton, Clarkston, Rochester, Farmington Hills & Livonia\nHours\nOffice Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday\nBackground Screening\nCareline Health Group conducts a background screening upon acceptance of a contingent job offer.
