Manages Learning Center staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assists with the implementation of educational curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers. Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring, and safe environment for the children and parents. Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day. Promote the positive image of Life Church and play a major role in making the Learning Center a provider of choice in educational programs for the community we serve. Familiar with CCS, Texas Rising Star, and similar assistance and grant programs. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. Assist in budget management and other business aspects of the Learning Center operations. Job Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field + two years of management experience in an early childhood center Possess or be fully eligible to possess a Child-Care Administrator's License as required by Texas HHS. Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply. 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in a licensed early childhood facility.
