Product Manager, Corporate Travel Platform

We combine a dedicated expert team with purpose-built technology to negotiate preferred rates at properties and airlines, advise on travel policy, and ensure our clients get maximum value from their travel agents and booking tools. Our clients are primarily alternative investment firms, multi-strategy asset managers and investment banks.The OpportunityWe are looking for a product manager to own Concertiv's Corporate Travel platform — the suite of tools that powers both how our team operates internally and how our clients experience our service. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of our product, client success, and corporate travel functions.You will own two distinct but deeply connected product surfaces:• Concertiv Connect (Client-Facing): The client portal through which clients view and interact with their corporate travel program by viewing reporting, discounted rates, and travel policy. This is the primary interface through which clients experience Concertiv's value beyond the service team.• C360 & Internal Tooling: The internal contract and relationship management platform used daily by Client Success, Travel SMEs, and Product teams to manage group negotiations, reporting, client relationships, and the operational workflow that underpins client delivery.These two surfaces are tightly linked — what gets managed in C360 is what clients see in Concertiv Connect. You will be responsible for making both work better, together.Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Travel platform, including Concertiv Connect and C360• Define and drive the product roadmap for Concertiv’s travel offering, aligning product investments to business outcomes like client savings delivered, utilization, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency• Work closely with Client Success teams, Head of Travel and Travel team members to deeply understand operational workflows and translate them into product improvements• Collaborate with engineering on data model design, system architecture, and API integrations• Write thorough specifications that address core and edge cases; own the product through launch and iteration• Partner with GTM and CS to ensure smooth handoffs for new feature releases and client-facing changes• Build strong feedback loops between clients, internal teams, and the product roadmapIdeal Background• 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with data-heavy or procurement/fintech products a strong plus• Has completed at least one full product cycle (12–24 months) — launched, iterated, and measured outcomes• Customer-obsessed: able to empathize with both the external client (a busy finance ops leader) and the internal user (a CS rep or travel data product team member)• Structured and precise: you write specs that engineering can build from and that leave nothing ambiguous• Strong communicator across functions — you can translate between a client success workflow and an engineering ticket without losing anything• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredCompensationBase Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experienceIncentive Compensation: ~$20,000 – $25,000 annual bonus tied to product and business performance metricsBenefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); generous PTOWho Will Love This RoleYou want to own something end-to-end, not contribute to someone else's roadmap.
