Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Care Attendant located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Personal Care Attendant will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. The role also includes providing companionship, monitoring overall well-being, and ensuring a safe and clean living environment. The Personal Care Attendant will report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising healthcare provider or family members. Qualifications Experience with PCA and Personal Care Services, with a strong commitment to assisting individuals with daily needsStrong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trusting relationshipsEffective Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare providersA reliable, compassionate nature with attention to detail and a caring approachAbility to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth MetroplexHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious experience in home healthcare or a similar role is a plusCPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous
