This individual will work between business stakeholders and the BI/data team to prioritize internal analytics initiatives, manage delivery, and ensure solutions are adopted and producing meaningful business value.This position is based in the Warrendale/Wexford area and follows a hybrid schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday remote. The organization also offers six fully remote weeks surrounding major holidays.Responsibilities:Serve as the intake point for reporting, datasets, automation, and AI-assisted solution requests.Lead sprint planning and manage a backlog of approximately 46 data and analytics projects.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, effort, and organizational impact.Help consolidate approximately 800 semantic models and 1,500 reports into a more cohesive suite of analytics products.Translate unclear business requests into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.Coordinate delivery across BI, data engineering, and business stakeholder groups.Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers.Ensure solutions meet expectations for data quality, validation, accessibility, and usability.Monitor adoption and business impact after solutions are released.Provide clear updates and push back on requests that do not deliver sufficient value.Support emerging applied-AI initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.Qualifications:At least five years of product management experience.At least two years of experience supporting internal data or analytics products.Strong working knowledge of Power BI and modern data and reporting environments.Understanding of semantic models, data structures, reporting, and business intelligence.Experience delivering reports, datasets, automations, or AI-assisted tools.Demonstrated ability to lead sprint planning, manage backlogs, and prioritize competing initiatives.Ability to form and defend clear opinions about what should—and should not—be built.Proven success working across technical teams and business stakeholders.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making tradeoffs, and driving work forward.Clear, practical communication style with a focus on outcomes rather than process.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.This role is best suited for someone experienced with internal enterprise data and analytics products rather than externally facing SaaS or consumer products.
