For more information, please visit our website: https://www.mintegral.com/en/ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall strategy, architecture, and iteration of Mintegral’s bidder strategy and bidder algorithm systems, including bidding strategy, win-rate prediction, value prediction, budget pacing, traffic filtering, model ranking, and strategy controls.Design and optimize the real-time bidding decisioning pipeline in an OpenRTB environment to improve bid response quality, bidding efficiency, win rate, ROI, eCPM, margin, and overall platform revenue.Build and improve machine learning and deep learning models for advertising scenarios, including but not limited to CTR/CVR prediction, LTV prediction, ROAS prediction, bid shading, price prediction, and auction dynamics modeling.Develop a deep understanding of DSP, ad network, and programmatic advertising mechanics, and work closely with product, engineering, commercialization, and operations teams to translate algorithmic capabilities into measurable business growth.Build experimentation and evaluation frameworks for bidder strategies, including online A/B testing, counterfactual evaluation, offline replay, causal analysis, revenue attribution, and long-term impact assessment.Partner with engineering teams to optimize the algorithm platform and system architecture for low latency, high concurrency, and high availability, ensuring strategies and models can run reliably at global advertising scale.Provide technical leadership to algorithm, data science, and machine learning engineering teams, setting technical direction, raising execution quality, and mentoring team members where needed.Track frontier trends in global ad tech, programmatic bidding, mobile growth, and machine learning, and help Mintegral maintain industry-leading competitiveness in bidder algorithms and intelligent campaign optimization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
