This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas 77002 office.\n\nProject Controller Intermediate - Job Description:\nThe Project Controller (Intermediate) will provide project management support services in areas such as cost management, change management, and project close-out. The role involves collaborating with project managers to ensure the achievement of project schedule and cost objectives through the development and implementation of project controls.\n\nProject Controller Intermediate - Responsibilities:\n\nProvide input on PC organizational structure and maintain staffing worksheet\nReview estimates and map to the control WBS\nSet up control WBS and budgets in SAP\nReview schedules and maintain a list of project key milestones\nEnsure appropriate AFE funding for projects\nComplete incurred costs reporting and variance explanations\nMonitor cost progress and performance metrics\nPrepare detailed project cost reports and project scans\nParticipate in HRIM and QRA meetings to update budgets and forecasts\nProvide support to Senior Project Controls\n\nProject Controller Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:\n\nUniversity degree with 5 to 10 years of related experience\nUnderstanding of Earned Value Management and progress measurement\nExperience with cost management systems and SAP\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to analyze and report on project data and costs\nExperience in project forecasting and trends\nField experience considered an asset\n\nProject Controller Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n\nExperience with moderate-risk capital projects\nExperience in the Oil & Gas industry\nKnowledge of project management software\nStrong teamwork and problem-solving skills\nExperience with both Development and Implementation phases\n\nProject Controller Intermediate – Assignment Length:\nThis is a 24-month contract position.\n\nProject Controller Intermediate - Start Date:\nASAP.\n\nProject Controller Intermediate - Assignment Location:\nHouston, Texas, 77002 United States.
