Job DescriptionPosition OverviewArkansas Spine and Pain is seeking a motivated physician to join our well-established interventional pain practice in Central Arkansas. We are open to physicians interested in interventional procedures or outpatient pain management, and we are willing to provide training for motivated candidates.This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, strong support staff, and a clear pathway to partnership and ASC ownership.Our practice includes five physicians and eight Advanced Practice Providers, with a modern 12,400 sq. ft. main facility and outpatient surgery center in Little Rock, along with several satellite clinics throughout Central Arkansas.Physicians enjoy a collaborative environment focused on interventional therapies and reducing reliance on long-term opioid management.Job Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions• Perform interventional pain procedures (for interventional track physicians)• Conduct outpatient clinic visits including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care• Manage patient volumes of approximately 25–35 patients per day• Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff• Provide care at satellite clinic locations within approximately one hour of Little Rock• Develop treatment plans emphasizing non-narcotic pain management and advanced therapies• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and payer requirementsCandidate Qualifications:• Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)• Anesthesiology• Family Medicine / Family Practice• General SurgeryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsInterest in interventional pain procedures and multidisciplinary pain careAbility to work independently in satellite clinic locationsCommitment to patient-centered care and responsible opioid managementNew graduates and visa candidates will be consideredWorking Hours / Schedule:• Full-time position• Combination of clinic days and procedure days• Monday–Friday schedule (generally no weekends)• Rotations at satellite clinics within the Central Arkansas region• Dedicated procedure time available at the practice's outpatient surgery centerSkills and Attributes:• Strong clinical diagnostic skills• Interest in advanced pain therapies and procedures• Patient-focused communication style• Ability to work in a team-based clinical environment• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency• Commitment to high-quality patient outcomes
