The ideal candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure quality and safety compliance, and act as the primary client contact to deliver projects on time and within scope.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead planning and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with emphasis on electrical scope and design-build integration.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; proactively identify and mitigate risks to meet milestones and financial targets.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal trade teams to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to specifications.\nServe as the primary client and stakeholder liaison, providing regular status updates, addressing concerns, and managing scope changes and contract modifications.\nOversee quality control and safety programs on site, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.\nReview and manage project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.\nFacilitate constructability reviews and value engineering sessions during design and pre-construction to optimize cost and schedule.\nMonitor project performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and lead project closeout activities including punchlist completion and final documentation handover.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction with demonstrable expertise in electrical scope and design-build projects.\nProven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple subcontractors on medium to large commercial projects.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commercial building construction practices.\nExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.\nProficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid, BIM tools) and familiarity with contract types and change management processes.\nRelevant certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 are a plus, as is prior experience with LEED or other sustainable construction programs.\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
