The Electrical Trainee works under the guidance of experienced electrical technicians to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is designed to develop electrical maintenance knowledge and skills through a combination of hands-on work, technical training, and guided learning experiences focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.\nIn this role you will work in anindustrial manufacturing environment where the will be exposure to heat, noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and working in confined or elevated spaces will be required with or without reasonable accommodation.\nThe successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. The ability to learn quickly and apply technical concepts. Effective communication and teamwork skills, dependability, initiative, and a willingness to accept coaching and feedback.\nShift: Day Shift (flexible schedule)\nOur Team Our Savannah River Mill in Rincon, GA began operations in October 1986 and is considered a world-class operation in the industry. Five of the world's 12 largest tissue paper machines reside at the facility. Our operation is designed to produce products primarily from recycled fiber. We have over 50 converting lines that make the tissue, towel, and napkin products in our retail and away from home markets.
