Record customer interactions, both internal and external, within PeopleSoft and SAP to capture information details. Collect customer financial information, historical payment trends and supply to our Credit Manager/Credit Analyst for use in determining appropriate risk on new and existing accounts. Provide analysis of AR Data to OTC Management and participate in group projects as appropriate.\n\nRequirements:\nWork with our business partners and customers, including Customer Service/Commercial groups to support expectations.\nResponsible for communicating and resolving issues with our customers at various levels of their organizations.\nReact swiftly to issues which may arise, to summarize facts and provide recommendations for timely resolution of critical issues. This may include working with different groups to identify and resolve issues.\nCollection management and resolution of outstanding invoices.\nAchieve & maintain compliance with established policies & procedures.
