Janitorial TechnicianSynergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field. We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Janitorial Technicians to handle routine cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple properties. This is ideal for individuals looking for consistent, flexible work. Key ResponsibilitiesSweep, vacuum, and mop floors (hard surfaces and carpets) Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, partitions) Maintain breakrooms (counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators) Dust surfaces, furniture, vents, and fixtures Clean glass, entrances, and interior windowsills Empty trash and replace liners Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies Report maintenance or safety issues Follow company procedures and respond promptly to work orders RequirementsMinimum 12 years of janitorial or cleaning experience Must be located in the U.S. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Strong attention to detail and professionalism Must pass background check and drug screening Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and carry 35 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts Able to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor environments) Additional InfoMust have basic cleaning equipment/tools Short onboarding process required before starting BenefitsOpportunity to be a Full-time employer.
