We're hiring: IT Program Delivery Coordinator — Seattle, WA (occasional onsite) | Long-term contractAre you experienced coordinating IT operations and releases for enterprise applications? Join a 17‑member Student Systems & Support team that manages a mix of vendor and in‑house student systems. This operational (non‑management) role partners with the IT Manager to organize schedules, communications, releases, and process improvements across a busy application portfolio.Key responsibilities:Oversee recurring operational tasks: incidents, requests, releases, hotfixes, upgrades, and seasonal processes.Run daily standups, schedule and coordinate meetings, and allocate resources across operations and projects.Manage the operations calendar (bi‑weekly releases, tri‑annual upgrades, end‑of‑year activities).Coordinate environment prep, UAT/regression testing, bug fixes, security reviews, and implementations.Represent the team in change‑management meetings and build communication plans for system changes.Translate technical updates into plain language for execs and business owners.Help refine SOPs, recommend SLAs, and improve ServiceNow workflows and Tier‑1 support processes.Maintain templates, SLAs, requirements docs, and ServiceNow dashboards.Must‑haves:5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or service delivery for enterprise systems.Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platforms.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban applied to operational or project work.Proven experience coordinating releases/UAT across multiple stakeholders.Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Nice to have:Experience with Student Information Systems (PowerSchool preferred) or K–12/ public sector tech.ServiceNow SPM/CWM configuration experience.PMP/CSM/PMI‑ACP/ITIL or Lean/Six Sigma certifications.Background in systems administration, cloud apps, migrations, integrations, and IT security/compliance.
