In this role, you'll lead a team of Data Stewards and Analysts to ensure our CRM remains a trusted, AI-ready system of record that powers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive decision-making.\r\nYou'll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Enterprise Apps, and Data & Analytics to maintain clean Account and Contact data, govern our 4-level Account Hierarchy, manage deduplication workflows, and ensure accurate Sales Coverage and territory routing.\r\nThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data quality, process governance, and GTM operations.\r\nThe CRM Data Operations Team Leader will shape the operational backbone of our GTM engine – ensuring our teams can plan, execute, and grow with clean, governed, and reliable data.
