The environment is collaborative, quality-driven, and centered on innovation in combat sports gear.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer and Videographer role based in Littleton, CO. The person in this role will capture and edit product, lifestyle, and action-oriented photo and video content that showcases ONX Sports equipment and brand. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and executing studio and on-location shoots, collaborating with marketing and product teams on creative concepts, and managing lighting, composition, and framing for both still and motion content. The role also includes post-production editing, color correction, basic sound design for video, file organization, and delivery of content optimized for web, social media, and advertising platforms. The Photographer and Videographer will help maintain brand visual standards, contribute creative ideas for campaigns, and support content needs for product launches and digital marketing initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in digital photography and videography, including studio and on-location shooting.Passion for photography, videography, creativity and story tellingStrong skills with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).Experience with lighting setups, composition, framing, and camera operation for both stills and video.Ability to plan and manage shoots, including shot lists, schedules, and coordination with talent or teammates.Understanding of social media and digital marketing needs, including content formats and best practices for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Excellent visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of brand aesthetics.Ability to work on-site full time in Golden, CO, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects with tight timelines.Prior experience in sports, fitness, or martial arts content creation is a plus; portfolio showcasing relevant photography and videography work is required.
