Identify specific business intelligence algorithms, and flowcharts to create new software programs based on business opportunities.\n\nEssential / Key Job Responsibilities\n\nEffectively communicate with cross-functional team members and management\n\nTranslate functional capabilities to technical requirements based on outlined needs\n\nDesign, build, test, and deploy the developed capabilities\n\nResponsible for developing PowerApps and model-driven apps (Power Automation, Power Virtual Agents, Cortana, Azure)\n\nDocument existing data environment, technical and design documents and assist in creating end-user and technical documentation\n\nStay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems\n\nResponsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining automated tools including BI capabilities\n\nAssist in communicating new features released to users\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nA bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering or business disciplines\n\nStrong willingness and enthusiasm to develop technical skills, such as application building, data visualization, and process reengineering\n\nExcellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude\n\nWorking knowledge of software engineering practices, techniques, processes, and basic knowledge of technology trends and domain expertise\n\nExperience in data visualization, interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling tools\n\nMicrosoft O365 proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio\n\nExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentations\n\nExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills\n\nSelf-driven team player\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperienced in development of canvas and model-driven Power App Enterprise-level solutions including data model creation, process automation, report and dashboard development, and system configuration\n\nExperience in Power BI Data preparation and writing complex calculated columns and complex measure expressions\n\nExperience in UX design\n\nExperience in Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate (built at least 4–5 and solved complex workflow problems)\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.\n\nWork Environment\nThe employee may be in an open cubicle environment.
