Your work will directly affect people's lives!\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nManufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.\n\nSet up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.\n\nEnsure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.\n\nInspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.\n\nPerform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Help junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.\n\nRepair and clean the equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.\n\nOperate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area.
