The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize software solutions across multiple platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, debug, and implement software solutions for enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to software applications.\nResearch, test, and integrate new software products based on client requirements.\nLead the development of new software products and major enhancements to existing applications.\nAssess system effectiveness and optimize software for performance, security, and scalability.\nAddress challenges related to system integration, compatibility, and cross-platform functionality.\nCollaborate with project teams and end users to gather and refine application requirements.\nConduct feasibility analyses for future projects and provide recommendations to management.\nAssist in evaluating and recommending application software packages, integration tools, and testing frameworks.\nRespond to software improvement requests and implement enhancements.\nContribute to the development of software user manuals and technical documentation.\nQualifications:\nActive Secret clearance required.\nMust be able to obtain DHS EOD Suitability before supporting the program.\nBachelors degree and at least five (5) years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level business applications. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.\n3-5 years of experience developing business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or later, including expertise in the .NET framework.\nAt least one (1) year of hands-on experience in custom development using the SharePoint platform, framework, and object model.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with SharePoint workflows, Web Parts, and Power Platform integration.\nProficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.\nSalary Disclosure:\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.\n\nThe upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
