A Concierge brings positive energy to each conversation, resolves any apartment concerns quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated.\n\nJob Description:\nProvide superior customer service.\nCommunicate effectively with community members, guests, visitors, and team members.\nCommunicate concerns of the community with community leadership\nPresent an appearance appropriate to the image of Red Tail Residential LLC Property Consultants\nServe as a role-model by following all policies and procedures.\nEnsure that all work has been completed in a prompt and professional manner.\nClerical and phone support\nRemove trash from lobby, amenity areas, and other community spaces daily.\nAssist community team and/or perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.\nMaintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all freight elevator reservations are up to date.\nDemonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the community leadership.\nManagement of incoming and outgoing packages for all carriers\nAdditional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor.\n\nSpecial Requirements:\nPhysical Demands:\nThe team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to walk for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.\nAttendance/Travel:\nThis position is a part-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.\nEssential Functions:\nSkills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors. Other essential skills include, but are not limited to:\nDemonstrate ability to perform skills for communicating with residents, team members, and management.\nDemonstrate ability to contribute to a team approach of serving residents and maintaining a successful community.\nComply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.\nRemove trash from office areas and apartment buildings daily.\nMaintain resident coffee and refreshment stations.\nResponsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or Community Managers\nHandle high stress situations effectively.\nExcellent communication skills\nAdministrative and organizational skills\nTime management skills and ability to prioritize wisely.\nKnowledge of state law as it relates to Fair Housing\n\nQualifications:\nComputer Skills:\nIntermediate computer and internet knowledge\nIntermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook\nPreferred knowledge of the following software programs: Entrata, Outlook\nLearning and Development:\nMaintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs.\nEducation:\nHigh school education or equivalent is required.\nAbility to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.\nProfessional Experience:\nMinimum of one year as a Leasing Consultant or Concierge in the Multi-Family Industry or related field.
