The management team at Rabalais brings a combined experience of over 500 years to each project the company undertakes.\n\nRabalais I&E Constructors is looking for Electrical Planners; Responsible for managing and coordinating the use of tools and processes within assigned projects. The main responsibilities include overseeing the project process and ensuring deliverables are accurate, on time, and within budget. The role requires clear communication, diligent task tracking, meticulous organization, and efficient collaboration.\n\nPlease Upload Resume\n\n#rab\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with field leadership and project management teams to keep all parties informed and optimize design.\nMaintain and update project dashboards and schedules, providing accurate start and end dates for tasks.\nHold teams accountable, in coordination with the respective facet manager, to meet deliverable dates as established in the dashboard.\nVerify that all prefabrication work, both VDC and non-VDC related, remains on schedule.\nWork with the Project Manager and VDC Production Manager to delegate manpower for assigned projects.\nDetermine project breakdowns, cost coding, and deliverable scheduling.\nEnsure quality control and execution of projects, overseeing VDC output deliverables such as model constructability and installation drawings.\nRepresent the VDC department with Project Managers and General Contractors, fostering strong relationships and attending coordination meetings.\nFacilitate and schedule project success, managing facets and delegating field requests as necessary.\nHost internal meetings with VDC and Field teams, documenting minutes and nurturing the relationship between VDC and project teams.\nCollect data upon model completion for submission to the Director of VDC Business Operations.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\nExperience is project coordination required\nExperience in construction trade, with a focus on electrical construction\n2+ years in electrical construction (preferred)\nGood communications skills and ability to communicate with team\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends if required.\n#rab\nBenefits:\nWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
