This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow by supporting production crews and filling operational needs as required. The employee will be cross-trained in multiple coating line positions to provide coverage for temporary vacancies and production demands.The Production Utility Operator works under the direct supervision of the assigned Crew Chief and receives work assignments exclusively from the Production Supervisor or their designated representative.
