As TruTeam’sEpic Client Solutions Director , you’ll play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision by driving new business acquisition across our Epic practice.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare IT sales professional who thrives on building relationships and loves growing a brand, championing a vibrant culture, and crushing their goals. This position is a client-facing role and requires someone who is willing and able to travel up to 50%.What You Would Do The Epic Client Solutions Director leverages their professional network and proven track record of excellence in healthcare IT sales to identify, cultivate, and land prospective client partners. Through ongoing prospecting activities and extensive networking, the ECSD builds an active pipeline of market opportunities and develops and executes effective strategies to qualify and close new business. Utilizing their strong knowledge of Epic environments, they conduct discovery to understand a client’s goals and projects, as well as their unique culture and challenges. With this insight, they are able to strategically position TruTeam’s value as a partner and recommend tailored staffing solutions. They are well-versed in the common roadblocks that occur within the healthcare IT sales cycle and are able to pivot their approach to unstick deals and drive forward progress.Your Focus AreasBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within the Epic marketLeverage and actively expand professional network to cultivate and secure business opportunities with net-new clienteleCreate and execute account-specific strategies to drive forward progressDiagnose the root cause(s) of stalled deals and develop strategies to get them back on trackMaintain strong healthcare IT knowledge to remain on the forefront of trends and drive discovery conversationsPartner with leadership to develop and present tailored solutions that effectively communicate TruTeam’s value and brand storyPartner with leadership on continuous improvement of our “WOW” client experiencePartner with other departments (Recruiting, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and top-tier service delivery.Partner with executive team to accomplish TruTeam’s vision of becoming the world’s go-to in Epic staffing and consultingRepresent and drive The TruTeam WayMaintain flexible demeanor and pivot as needed to respond to company needsWho Are You? You have 5+ years of experience building and managing a robust sales pipeline, as well as a proven track record of success in Epic/healthcare IT business development. You enjoy digging into all things Epic and exploring what it can achieve for your clients and their patients. Most of all, you love closing new business.You also bring:5-8+ years of experience building relationships and cultivating influence with client champions/decision makersStrong knowledge of the Epic/healthcare IT ecosystem, including organizational infrastructure, roles, projects, and programs5+ years of experience in healthcare IT staffing with Epic as a focus8+ years of exceptional customer serviceKnowledge and AttributesExpert knowledge of the business development lifecycle and best practicesStrong Epic knowledgeStrong networking and relationship building skillsGoal-oriented with exceptional internal driveExpert presentational skillsStrong work ethicHighly organizedTech savvy and experienced with CRM/sales tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Who is TruTeam?
