The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who exercises strong judgment, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.\nConnecting you to great benefits\nWeekly Paychecks\nPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays\nInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)\n401(k) w/ Company Match\nStock Purchase Plan\nEducation Reimbursement\nLegal Insurance\nDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!\nWhat you’ll do\nRespond to employee inquiries regarding policies, pay, leave, and benefits.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.\nCoach supervisors on HR best practices, documentation, and performance management.\nProvide guidance on difficult employee conversations.\nAssists with and maintains several databases as needed for various areas of Human Resources including paid time off, employee tracking, leave status and other various reporting items as needed\nSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage & hour, etc.).\nSupport training initiatives related to HR policies and compliance.\nInterview employees and leadership, gather facts, and document findings.\nAssists in employee relations matters, including investigation calls and conversations, documentation and outcome meetings to determine action items and next steps.\nSupport the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, discipline, and terminations.\nIdentify potential legal risk areas and escalate concerns appropriately.\nActs as liaison for various company projects or processes, which can include office location paperwork requirements, corporate project assignments and unexpected audit assignments.\nMay assist with the company newsletter as needed\nMay assist with various HR related projects including service awards, holiday projects and onsite relocation of physical files as needed\nOther Human Resources duties as assigned by HR Manager.\nWhat you’ll need\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or four years of Generalist experience or any combination of education/designated Human Resources related experience.\nStrong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.\nBilingual Spanish preferred.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.\nMust be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees on all human resources related matters.\nAbility to operate under stress while producing high quality results in a time driven environment.\nExperience conducting workplace investigations.\nComfortable supporting a field-based, operations-driven workforce.\nHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality assurance of work are essential for this role\nBasic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner).\nAbility to travel within Arizona market to various offices as needed. Will be required to travel to various out state company offices as business needs arise.\n\nPhysical & Safety Requirements and the Working Environment:\n(The physical duties outlined below are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
